We woke up bright and early in our cozy little house to find that Santa had visited. Though our tree was pretty sparse, only a handful of gifts between the two of us, it was quite wonderful.
This was the first Christmas we spent just the two of us (or three if you count our puppy Ellie)
in our three and half years of marriage. It was relaxing and wonderful, and pretty much everything I hoped it would be.
My favorite present was the cast iron casserole dish I have had my eye one for some time.
