This Week

 Here is a little update about what was going on at the cozy little house this week.

L's brother J came over randomly this week and finished painting and putting together our downstairs bathroom. I had started it a few weeks earlier, but never had gotten to finishing it. It was such a fun surprise to have it all the way done (and not orange anymore)

 Speaking of bathrooms, ours has become Ellie's new bedroom. Between her crate and all of her toys littering the floor, she has pretty much taken over.

As for Ellie, she has been learning a lot this week. We are still working on her being potty trained (she only has accidents a few times), she learned how to play fetch, dig, bark and she learned how to climb the stairs. The first few days we had her, she would just stare at us when we would go upstairs. She would bark until we would either pick her up and cary her with us or we would come back down. Then one day she just decided that it would be fun to go up the stairs. Now she does it all the time (she'll run up and down them...if only I had her energy!)

In other news this week:

-J came to stay with us for a while.

-We cleaned the upstairs closet (that should also be known as a black hole)

-I made scones and banana bread

-We got to watched conference 

-I went to a baby shower and then the emergency room (for one of my co-workers)

-I finally figured out how to use my same old blog url:D
